Do you have a reseller in my area?
Easydive does not use retailers to distribute its products. All of the equipment is manufactured, sold, overlooked and guaranteed by Easydive directly. Each one of our customers receives a dedicated customer care service, from purchase till after the sale.

Which payment cards are accepted?
You can make secure online payments with the following credit and debit cards:

The payment with card is done during ordering. -
Can I pay online with PayPal?
Yes, certainly.

Do you accept other payment methods?
Wire transfer or cash (in Italy only).

Can I make an order for an item not in stock?
If an item appears unavailable during ordering, you may submit a pre-order request by sending an email at info@easydive.it, specifying the code of the desired product.

Can I come to HQ to see and collect the material?
Certainly. Book an appointment so that one of our experts can receive you. We are happy to have you in our showroom where you can touch Easydive products by hand.

Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
The prices on the website are specified both with and without VAT. The VAT percentage varies according to the EU country you reside in. For EU corporations, VAT will not be applied. For extra-EU customers, VAT is not applied; they are instead charged with the customs duties which vary from country to country.

What can I do if I am unable to fill out an order?
If during ordering you encounter any issues, send an email to info@easydive.it. During office hours, you can write to us on WhatsApp too. Our team will respond as soon as possible, within 24-48 hours, and will help you to complete your order.
Delivery

What are the delivery fees and times?
Delivery times vary according to the type of request.
The majority of the items are ready for delivery. We prepare the orders within 2-3 work days.
All housings are ready for delivery. In case of customization or optional requests, the order delivery times are approximately 10-14 work days. You can ask us for a quote at info@easydive.it, specifying your camera or camcorder model and we will provide you with a detailed document with the available options and prices.
For all items on the website, delivery times are 24-48 hours.
Delivery fees vary according to weight and destination. To receive a quote, write to us at info@easydive.it. -
Are international deliveries available?
Deliveries are also made internationally. Shipping fees vary according to the intended geographical area. Customs duties outside of the EU are charged to the addressee.

Which courier handles the delivery?
During ordering you can select the courier and the mode of delivery.

Can I get the tracking number of the delivery?
When we ship your order, you get a WhatsApp message with the tracking number from us and an email from the courier with instructions to track the delivery.

What are the delivery times?
In Italy we expect between 1 and 2 work days.
Abroad we expect between 2 and 7 work days, depending on the geographic area and the service requested.Saturdays and Sundays are not considered work days. -
If I reside in an extra-EU country, do I have to pay customs duties upon importation and any additional fees and local taxes?
Customs duties upon importation and any additional fees and local taxes are charged to the addressee.

After completing my order and purchase, can I change the delivery address?
Variations of this kind come with a cost. In that case communicate as soon as possible the change of address and our team will inform you about possible variations in price.

Do I have to be present at delivery?
All deliveries require a signature for acceptance. If you are not available, specify a safe delivery address at which somebody will be present.
We are not responsible for any delivery instructions you might provide to the courier company. If you ask the courier company to leave your order at a place different from the one specified during ordering, we are not responsible if you do not receive the order. -

Returns

What is your returns policy?
You have 15 days to complete a return of the intact and never-used product. Before authorizing a return, we ask you for the reason in order to understand what went wrong.

What do I need to do to return an item?
Send an e-mail to info@easydive.it, specifying the order number, the article name and the reason for the return request.
Return fees are charged to you, as well as extra-EU customs fees.

Guarantee

To which products does the lifelong guarantee apply?
Underwater housings (camcorders and cameras) and lighting systems have a lifelong guarantee, provided you do maintenance.

What does the guarantee include?
The Easydive lifelong guarantee covers any manufacturing or assembly defects only if the housing is compliant with maintenance and has not suffered visible damage, such as hits or accidental impacts which damaged it and compromised its makeup.

What does the guarantee not include?
The guarantee does not cover accidental (hits, falls) or natural (fires, calamities) damage or damage due to a prolonged exposure to sun rays or extreme temperatures.
Components not directly manufactured by Easydive or subject to wear as a consequence of their lifecycle (LED, batteries, accumulators, parables, trigger turtles and accessories not produced by Easydive) are excluded from the guarantee.
The guarantee does not cover under any circumstance direct or indirect damage of any kind caused to people or things.
The guarantee lapses if you use the equipment improperly, if unauthorized personnel conduct modifications or reparations, or if you use third-party spare parts. -
What is meant by maintenance?
An annual check which contributes to prolonging the life of your equipment.
Easydive housings and lighting systems are concentrations of technology. They are equipment designed to last. They operate in extreme conditions and challenging environments. That’s why it’s important to check if everything is OK once a year. -

Out-of-guarantee repairs and breakdowns?
If the housing needs an out-of-guarantee repair, we send you a free quote.
The time required for out-of-guarantee repairs is about 2 weeks.
For requests of urgent repairs within 72 hours, the cost will be marked up and specified in the quote.

Is the centering of the camera or camcorder also guaranteed with a universal housing?
Yes, otherwise the quality of the images would be strongly compromised. That’s why we create dedicated bases for every camera body. Beside software recognition, this guarantees perfect centering of lenses in the portholes.

Do Leo3, Leo 3 Wi, Leo R and Leo II housings shoot delayed shots when I use remote shooting?
No. There is no shooting delay with our electronic housings. We use original cables which guarantee the same shutter button feedback as in the camera.

Which reflex and mirrorless digital cameras can I use with the housings?
We can customize housings and adapt them to almost all of the main digital reflex camera models on the market.
To know whether your camera is compatible, use the Configurator. Select the model of your camera to know which housing is compatible. -
Which lenses can I use with the housings?
We produce many types of portholes fit for any kind of lens. From Spherical Portholes of various dimensions (from 95 mm to 240 mm of diameter), fit for wide-angle lenses, to Plain Portholes for macro lenses. We also have Extensions of 15, 30 and 40 mm of length to ensure the correct distancing of the lens.

Can I use zoom lenses with the housing?
The Leo housing already possesses the mechanism for the adjustment of zoom lenses. You can simply purchase the socket to apply to your lens (some wide-angle zoom lenses require the 40 Zoom Extension).

Can I use a flash with a housing?
The Leo 3 and Leo 3 Plus housings already have 2 standard NIKONOS 5 pin flash connectors.
The Leo 3 Wi and Leo II housings can install 1 or 2 standard Nikonos 5 pin flash connectors or, upon request, S6.
The Leo3/Leo 3 Wi and LeoR housings are also predisposed for the use of 2 optical fibre cables. By means of these connectors you can use the flash. -
How can I keep my Easydive products in good health?
By doing ordinary maintenance and following our advice also after immersion.

How can I tell if my phone is compatible with the housing?

Can I buy used underwater housings?
We help those who choose our products to manage the sale of their used equipment, but we do not treat used equipment directly. We keep watch so that there is a kind of insurance for sellers and buyers. For more information, visit the dedicated page.

What type of Lens can I use with Housings Leo?
Easydive produces different types of portholes suitable for any type of
lens. Spherical Domes of various dimensions (from 95 mm to 240 mm in
diameter), suitable for wide-angle lenses, and flat ports for Macro
lens. We also have Extensions of 15, 30 and 40 mm in length to ensure
the correct lens distance to the dome. -
Can I use zoom lenses with the Leo Housings?
The Leo housings already has the standard for zoom lens adjustment: just
buy the adapter ring to be applied to the lens (some wide-angle zoom
lenses require the Extension 40 Zoom). -
Can I use a flash with a Leo Housing?
The Leo 3 and Leo 3 Plus Housings have 2 NIKONOS 5 pin standard
connectors. The Leo 3 Wi and Leo II Housing have 1 Nikonos 5 pin
connector. The Leo3 Series Housings also have the adapter of using 2
fiber optic cables. Using these connectors, you can use the flash in
iTTL (NIKON) or manual (NIKON and CANON). To use CANON flashes in eTTL,
an optional S6 connector is required. -
Can I use my portholes with Leo Housings?
The Housings Leo have a front bayonet mount compatible only with
Underwater (Igloo) porthole. Various ports, Seacam and Subal, can be
used by purchasing an optional adapter.
