METHODS AND TIMING
Orders are prepared and shipped within a maximum of 2 working days after payment receipt. Shipments are made by Express Courier GLS, Bartolini or other trusted courier.
To contribute to a correct and fast delivery of parcels we recommend:
- Specify when ordering a shipping address where there is always someone to receive the parcel.
- The name listed in the order must match that on the doorbell.
- Always indicate an available telephone number and your ZIP code.
Any storage costs due to the absence of the recipient and / or an incorrect address and / or a different surname from that indicated on the doorbell causing an obstacle in package delivery are charged to the recipient.
The courier delivery normally within 1-3 working days, depending on delivery address.
We emphasize that the goods travel at the risk of purchaser: Easydive is not responsible for any delays in delivery or in case of delivery of damaged products for reasons not attributable to the sender. In the case of storage of the parcel at courier warehouses for non-compliance or absence of the recipient, Easydive will charge the storage expenses to the customer.
Easydive is also not responsible for any errors indicated in the shipping addresses. In case of mistakes, the customer will be contacted by telephone at the telephone number left. If no telephone number has been supplied, the order will be automatically canceled.
The customer is required to verify, upon receipt, if the number of packages delivered corresponds to that shown on the shipping document, if the packaging is intact and if the product delivered complies with the order placed. Customer must report any damage and / or mismatch with the order immediately to the carrier performing the delivery. Once the customer signed the document to the courier, he cannot make any objection about the external characteristics of what delivered.
EU countries except Italy:
For orders from 0 to 300.00 €, the shipping cost is € 15.00
For orders above € 300.00 the shipping cost is € 30.00
For any orders from other countries, customers are asked to send an email summarizing the products they want to buy at email@example.com as the transport costs will be charged separately.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal for products purchased through our on-line shop is regulated by Articles 64 and following of Legislative Decree. N. 205/2006 ("Consumer Code"). The decision to exercise the right of withdrawal must be communicated by the customer by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 10 working days from receipt of the product ordered to:

The notice of withdrawal must specify the intention to withdraw from the purchase (no need to give reasons) and the product or products for which the customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, attaching a copy of the documents confirming the purchase. The right of withdrawal shall be deemed validly exercised, pursuant to the provisions of art. 64, paragraph 2 of the Consumer Code, even if the client seeking to rely send, within the aforementioned term of 10 days from receipt of the product, a notice of cancellation by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by telegram, telex or facsimile, with confirmation by registered letter within forty-eight hours. Upon receipt of the registered letter of notice of withdrawal, the customer will be sent by e-mail a notice authorizing the return. The customer should pack the product, any accessories and everything initially contained, using the original carton in order to safeguard them from damages. The customer must return the product intact within 15 working days from receipt to the above address. The right of withdrawal applies only to goods intact at the time of return, pursuant to the provisions of art. 67, paragraph 2 of the Consumer Code. Upon receipt of the package containing the returned products, and made all the integrity checks of the goods, possible accessories, and all that was originally contained in the product packaging, Easydive will refund the amounts already collected for the sale of the product. Shipping and transportation costs are charged to the customer. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the event that the products are damaged or used by the customer.
